Every dog is unique – some stick with one collar for every adventure, while others need a harness for more daring journeys. Whatever the plan, your dog deserves gear built for real exploration. That’s why we engineered the Rover Collar for rugged durability, supreme comfort, and uncompromising safety – the perfect choice for medium and large dogs ready to embark on their next adventure.

- Robust, performance-grade materials

- New, durable Duraflex buckle

- Secure, reliable construction

Designed to slip over the head, the Rover Collar offers fast, hassle-free use in every situation:

- Quick transitions from home to car and from car to dog park

- Daily short walks

- Crowded or challenging environments

- Training sessions and active pursuits

Thanks to the new Duraflex buckle, the collar stays firmly in place even in the most extreme conditions. When released, the buckle stops at the D-ring and opens just enough to let the collar slide over your dog’s head comfortably. Fasten it, and you’re ready for the next adventure.

The new, longer padding covers the whole collar when adjusted to the smallest size. Tuck the adjustment strap neatly into the pocket for a comfy fit. On larger dogs, the supportive strap and buckle are wider for a firm grip and added security.

-Extended padding

-Soft knit inner surface

-Durable, recycled polyester outer surface

-Bluesign® certified fabric

-A sleek Hurtta logo on the strap

-Effective reflective elements for enhanced visibility

Our updated, overlapping size range means finding the right fit for medium and large dogs couldn’t be easier. Plus, on request of our customers, we’ve added a small strap for attaching your dog’s name tag.

The Rover Collar is ideal for:

- Rescue dogs that may slip out of a harness and require double attachment with two leashes

- Older dogs that walk calmly without trotting or pulling

- Dogs exploring their own yard, where having contact details on their collar is crucial—just in case they happen to wander off

- Puppies learning their leash manners

Buckle up, because your next adventure is about to begin.

Jason ★★★★★

My old pup chewed through his last collar in two days, but this one's held up through muddy creek crossings and plenty of roughhousing in the yard for three weeks now. The stitching feels solid and the buckle clicks in with a satisfying snap, so he can't wriggle out when he gets excited.

Christopher ★★★★★

Took this collar on a week of trail hikes and river crossings, and it still looks brand new after drying out. The stitching held up through some serious bushwhacking, which is more than I can say for past collars. My pup doesn’t even seem to notice it’s on, and that alone makes it worth it.

Chloe ★★★★★

My cattle dog is rough on gear, and this collar has held up through daily off-leash runs and plenty of tangles in brush without fraying or stretching out of shape. The buckle still clicks tight and the stitching hasn't loosened a bit after three months of hard use.
